Shipping is always free

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. As of now we do not ship internationally, however, we currently ship everywhere in the United States. Parcel tracking will be available on most orders via USPS or UPS.

Returns Are Not Common, But We Understand They Happen

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way we accept unused, undamaged, full price merchandise back within 30 business days for exchange or store credit only. Please note we cannot offer refunds.

To start a return please email customer-service@aidenmac.com with your order number and reason for return and one of our team members will assist you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn or used. We appreciate your understanding of our unique handmade products
